Chelsea Wood
Chelsea has been involved in dog sports for many years. With her first Australian Shepherd she achieved an Agility Grand Champion and went to AKC Nationals for 3 years. She currently trains and competes in agility with her Golden Retriever, Trail Mix and Australian Shepherd, Arrow.
She is also an AKC Agility judge and ACT/CGC/FETCH/ATT & Farm Dog evaluator. She enjoys sharing her love of training dogs with her puppy and basic manners students and especially enjoys introducing new teams to the fun of competing in agility and rally obedience.

A to Z Canine Academy started in 2020 when local friends approached Chelsea about having puppy class in her backyard.

Zima is my first Australian Shepherd and my Novice A dog for all dog sports. Zima's most notable achievements are thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail with me in 2014 and earning the AKC Agility Grand Champion title in 2021. She is and will always be the best dog ever.

Like many Golden Retrievers, Trail Mix absolutely loves petting and cuddles. She is a therapy dog at Oneida Nation School System where she is loved by hundreds of students. She loves to learn and play dog sports as long as there are treats involved. Trail Mix is also approved to donate blood to dogs in need at BluePearl Pet Hospital.
